Thank you for your quick response. When I purchased the tag, I wondered if it actually worked as advertised. I'm proud to say that it did & much faster than a micro-chip. Our other dog has a chip, but I will be adding a Pet IDTag as well. I'm very pleased with your response time that include accurate information on who to contact & also that you contacted me by phone twice as well as email. Thanks again from a pleased customer!
