Blue and Domino, a black Labrador who is two years old and a mini-Daschund, just 3½ years old, respectively, live in the city of Atlanta, Georgia with their pet parents.

Unfortunately, one day, Blue jumped the fence and Domino dug a hole underneath their fence in the backyard. Both wandered into the neighborhood and came to a neighbor's house.

This happened all on three occasions-- the first time, they went missing for six hours and went two miles away; the second time, they went missing an hour, just a ½ block away and the last time, they went missing two hours, just a mile away.

"I'm very glad they had their Idtag's on. I'm no longer worried that anything bad will happen to them," said Mandy.

As soon as we received the phone call from the call center, "I was very happy when I got the phone call, it was great to hear from Smarttag.com, especially when you're working with two escape artists!"

The owner expresses her appreciation of the Smarttag.com service.

"It's been wonderful, since they're not chipped; it's been a very easy thing, especially when you have two dogs that escape like these two do. It's very comforting, the finder calls Smarttag.com, the call center calls and contacts you and you go retrieve your dog it's a very simple, easy process," said Mandy.

Mandy expressed her confidence and satisfaction with the service over the micro-chip.

"Even if your dog has a micro chip, people aren't going to go somewhere and take the time and have the chip read, this is a simple phone call. It's likely to be a shorter process in finding your dog," said Mandy.
