SmartTag will provide your group with pet ID Tags with a LIFETIME subscription to our 'Amber Alert' service. (No annual fee)
This ID tag will be given to your group on consignment and sold to your group at for a deeply discounted rate. The ID tag will be given out with each adoption, this would be where a mandatory registration is required with each adoption, can also be sold to recovered pets, or used as fundraisers. For each tag that is registered, your group will make a $5.00 profit to go towards your groups efforts. SmartTag will be paid for the ID tags at the end of each month, based on how many adoptions your group has done. We will be provided with a registration sheet for each adoption. Your group will always be the secondary contact for each pet you place and always notified if they are lost (please inquire for more details).
SmartTag will provide your group with free pet ID Tags to give away with each adoption(;) the new pet owner will have to pay the registration fee (a special discounted adoption rate) to activate their tag/service for the year.
A DONATION of $1.00 will be made to your group, for each registered pet ID Tag, paid on a quarterly basis. Registration sheets are filled out by the pet owner and returned weekly or monthly by the shelter to SmartTag for each adoption. (via fax, email or mail) In order for your shelter or rescue group to continue to receive FREE ID Tags, we must receive a registration sheet for each Tag.
All SmartTag customers are offered FREE replacement tags, if lost or damaged. The lifetime tags lasts for 15 years.
